How do I repair a Performance Belt Sander?

The belt tension lever on my Performance belt Sander Model FMTC750BS has broken rendering the tool useless.
how do I repair it and where can I get a replacement lever?

I repair a lot of large and small sanders and I have never heard of this particular model. I even searched to internet to see what I could find, but there were no results.
Any other information you could give me would be helpful.
