how do i repair safety valve discharge connection?

i have water comming from adischarge pipe and my ch system cannot be pressurised the make and modle of the boiler is jaguar 23kw combination boiler

You dont repair them. Replacement onlyu is the solution which is relatively straight forward.
I sell them from about £5 to £15. I would have to see which one it is

The valve itself is pretty easy to change-isolate 2 heating pipes (The larger, outside pipes)and let the boiler drain and change valve. open valves and re-fill the boiler.
