Mend Ecomax 828 Pressure Hot Water Turn Max

Ecomax 828 Pressure 0 so no hot water error F25?

How do I turn up the pressure on the eco max 828, I have opened the valves at the bottom of the boiler but nothing appears to happen, should I be doing any thing else? Not finding the manual too helpful or reolution here. Many thanks

To fill, first open the stop valve 3
Open the stop valve 4 so that water flows into the heating system. 1 to 1.5 barpressure and close valves
