Mend Ferroli Optimax 38c Combi Fault

Ferroli Optimax 38c combi boiler showing fault code d1 ?

My ferroli 38c condesing combi boiler has no hot water
and showing fault code d1 ? the c/heating is working fine the pressure is ok, if i turn a hot tap on the boiler fires up but no hot water, the water temp thermostate is set to 55 (max)?

have a ferroli 38c showing code d1 d2 and a1..there some hot water when turned on but doesnt stay on. 2 of the main radiators have stopped working even after bleeding, there no air blocks and all have been emptied and refilled. the heating doesnt stay on either..any ideas??

Hi, dont have an answer but our Ferroli opt 38c is showing the same code but we re not getting any heating! Do have hot water though, just wondering if you got your's sorted??

hi, sounds like valve diverter has stuck or gone faulty.
common problem. if its under guarantee call the installer or the engineer.
