no hot wter from valliant combi boiler?

Hi. there is no hot water coming from my valliant combi boiler(turbo max). Central heating is working fine and the pressure gauge is betwwen 2 and 1.5. But when i turn the tap for hot water there is no pilot light on the panel or the clicking noise to indiacte that boiler is getting ready. Can you please help me with the solution or point mre to the right direction. Thanks
