Vokera compact combi boiler- pressure?

i put the heating on today and the pressure keeps rising to the point where ive had to turn my boiler off.how do i release the pressure and why is this happening thanks!

Hi I am having tremendous problems with my boiler firstly the hot water supply is low secondly my pressure keeps alternating and thirdly my boiler is making strange noises,Ive had a couple of people out to it but they don't really seem to be able to diagnose the problem,can anyone shed any light on this matter please?

silver pipe under boiler with a black tap on it at both ends....turn both to put pressure up to 1.1 bar then turn both off.

put the front back on now b4 you kill someone
