wiring 2 gang switch with live at switch?

not very easily, 9 cables at a light switch is gna be tricky.
9 wires?
4 x switch legs to the lights?
1 x loop feed?
or
2 x swich legs (is there a loop at 2 of the lights?)
1 x feed?
im just trying to figure when u say 9 cables what theyre doing?
and when u say wire, do you mean seperate conductors?
ie
(red =1 black = 1 exposed cpc =1 ) = 3 wires?
give me a bit more info matey
