Mend Optima XL4 Fault Alarm Problem

How do I overcome fault on my Optima XL4?

I have an Optima XL4 alarm that has been installed approx 8 years with no problem up to now,for no apparant reason zones are being triggered during the day,I have not touched the alarm in any way and there has been no work carried out around the house that may have disturbed anything.Any ideas?
