Mend Tecumseh 13hp Carb Fuel Suck

How do I fix carb on 13hp tecumseh?

I can pour fuel in the intake and it will run till it is gone. I can not get carb to suck fuel in. I have cleaned it all holes are clear. I siliconed the gasket on both sides between the bowl and intake. Any idea's?

are you sure the float isn`t hanging up causing fuel shutoff .............
