How can i get my teka dishwasher to fill???

check the soloniod valve it maybe sticking or defunked.its adjacent to the the water fill entry.

mine is doing exactly the same thing have spent ages trying to sort it out, switched it off, re-set it using the buttons and still nothing - next thing the water hose - I am interested in hearing if you had any luck with yours.

maybe you have an air lock in the water inlet pipe.try disconnecting it and wait several minutes, shake the pipe a bit. then connect and try again.
this happened to me once with my whirlpool fridge freezer, with water making facilities. exact same problems as you described. after i disconnected main water pipe, and pressed water button on fridge noise was heard, i connected water pipe back on and it all worked again. whirlpool were going to charge me £75 call out fee.
