Standby light does flashes red (32PW6651/25)?

I have a Philips CRT 32PW6651/25 widescreen TV which has started giving me problems when i switch it of at the mains and return it to on the standby button flashes red stays red a couple seconds and then starts repeatedly flashing but the TV does not come on.

On occassions the standby changes from a constant red to green and by pressing the remote activates the TV.

Can you help & tell me:-
1.what part needs replacing
2.where i can get this component
3.approximate/ cost of compenent.
