you will have to let a engineer take a look at it, as the problem is a internal component issue most likely be the eprom or a component on the power board.most likely be a bad soldered joint on one of the eprom pins.failing that a dry or bulged cap on the pcb.engineers charge what they want so set a limit and say iam only going to pay up to £50 for the repair,.trust me it works,in this pressent climate he will not turn down the repair.
