19 inch lcdtv +dvd red standby light just flashing wont turn on?

hi I've just tried auto tuning both my tvs after doing so both screens just went black couldn't then turn them off.turned them off at the socket but now all I get is the red standby light flashing and wont turn on its a technical 19 inch lcdtv + dvd can anyone help
