Mend Main Medway BF Boiler Heating Thermocouple

main medway bf?

pilot keeps going out i have replaced the thermocouple but it still goes out also the piezo crystal on the ignitor does not work the boiler is about two years old

Try cleaning the gas pilot pipe its probably blocked with carbon

is the thermocouple correctly set as per manufacturers instructions, if it is not set to the flame correctly it will not work, if not, faulty gas valve....

as for pezo...change it!
