Mend Flymo Compact 330 Power

Flymo compact 330 blade assembly has seized?

I've stripped down my sisters Flymo power compact 330 down to just the motor & blade assembly. Are spare parts available for this area?
The metal casting seems to have seized & some of the white nylon drive part have melted. There also seems to be a black plastic part below the metal casting that has melted & seized.

Is any of this repairable or replaceable?
