My mower has started to cut out when collection basket is virtualy empty. when i empty whats in there it will continue to work. Can i bypass the sensor that tell you collection basket is full or is there a way of fixing this problem.
Either way- there is no switch that tells you whether the grassbox is full and needs emptying- only to ensure the grassbox is in place OR the lid is securely closed before you can switch it on.

Not Strictly true, the micro switch is in the lower body and actuated by the orange lid not the basket, replace the the switch pt no. 513074700, or if the arm on the lid is damaged or worn replace the lid pt no. 511965200

There isn't a sensor that wells you when the grassbox is full. The only sensor is the safety cut out switch that doesn't allow you to start it when the grassbox is not in place.
