Is fan belt adjustment the same in Flymo's Hover 330 and Compact 330?

My fan belt keeps coming off as soon as the power is stopped, meaning you have to undo everything and put it on before being able to start the mower again.

Does this mean the fan belt needs tightening or that a new one is needed?

Do I have to do all of the same from the Hover 330 answer or can fan belt tightening all be done from underneath the mower for the Compact 330?

If I replace the fan belt will it be easy to do or are there particular steps/tools needed?
