how can i fix my tv model 32pw9545/05?

I think we may have the same problem and we have had the tv checked,and we have been told it is the signal panel reference number 310432809761.
So far I have had no luck in getting this part, a french company i found on the internet which I thought had it, as I found the reference number on their spare parts list but I emailed them and they replied saying they did not have that parts.
Then I found a company in Holland but it seems like they have it as they were given the proce but I did not understand the language therefore I can't find out anything about it or even buy. As it's not english.

even if i did get this parts I cant be sure thats what went wrong, can only believe the tv repair man, comoany seems to think thats what the problem, and they are quite sure about it.

My identical TV has just started to do the same thing. If you switch on it looks like its going to start then nothing happens and the light flashes red and nothing happens.

If you get an answer could you post up here. I'll carry on searching and if I find anything I will do likewise
