How to clear Canon PIXMA MP150 paper jam error code?

I GOT THE ANSWER!!!!

If you go to printer, maintenance, and do a bottom plate cleaning, and a roller cleaning, which will make the paper feed through; then you can and will be able to print without the error message: paper jam.

I got the same problem. Ink was changed - Canon ink. Now most of the time it siads the paper is jammed. Never is. powering off and on often works. Some times pressing a few buttons works.
out of warrenty of course - not satifactory.
Any help would be appreciated

we had the mp 150 and had the same error code,also the paper was being dragged through at a slant and messing up my printing. if you have an argos near you they have the 220 (much better ) on special offer at the moment 39 99 gbp. this was cheaper for us than fixing the mp 150 .

I can`t answer for this particular make/model of printer but in my experience if you switch it off , remove the cover then check + make sure ALL the paper feed is not partly jammed with torn paper .(Switch it back on minus the cover and pass blank sheets through it and watch to make sure it is a smooth operation) I`ve had to sort this out on a variety of different printers with a fairly high success rate
