my x6570 show peper jam,i cant see any pepr in printer,and i cant clear it,menu secreen is totly not working.beep but no action.please help...before my printer is working.i think problem in printer software.
if you have the disk that came with it , unstall it , and restall it. if you dont go to the makers web and download the drivers for that model you have ,
