how can I fix mx lemark x5470 it will not print. paper jams?
I am attempting to fix my printer . It stopped printing after it ran out of ink. I tried to print after new ink cartridges were placed in the printer only to keep getting an error message stating the paper has jamed please clear and try again. Only it fails again. What can possibly be the problem.
you have prob already thought of this but it could be that there is a sensor somewhere in the printer that has gotten stuck, telling the printer there is a paper jam when there isn't.. have a good clean.. and i hope you get it going matey!
