Mend Worcester 24i junior Combination Boiler Heating

boilor will not always fire when taps are put on?

when i turn on tap the combination boiler will not allways fire.and ikeep having to reset it. the type of boiler i have is the worcester 24i junior. i have mislaid the instrution book. is it posible to get another one

assuming when it doesnt fire it has gone to lock-out, then it maybe the dhw high limit stat needs replacing or the dhw thermister is faulty.
