Repair a Janome Memory Craft 8000?

My Janome Memory Craft 8000 has been in the repair depot for 10 months waiting on a "B" board. Does any one know where I can buy one or have one repaired?

Stepping motor error. Also makes grinding noise and bobbin thread knots up. Feed dogs not working properly.

Stepping motor error appears on screen - repairman looked at it and said it needs an "A" board (whatever that means) and could not get this part to fix it. Do you know how this could be obtained for repair

The only place you will get one quickly will be from Janome in your country, if you order it from a dealer you could wait ages and you will pay a premium.
