How can I fix my Craftsman lawn mower model 917.271011 (15.5 HP Kohler)?

How can I fix my Craftsman lawn mower model 917.271011 (15.5 HP Kohler)? It starts immediately & runs normal for 5 min. or until fully warmed up, then stalls and will not restart until cooled down, 30 min.'s later. It'll do the same thing after restarted.
