Mend Philips 50PF7321D/37 Flat Screen Tv Turn

Philips Flat Screen TV?

I have a Philips Flat Screen TV model # 50PF7321D/37. I have come home and tried to turn the TV on and it won't come on. I have a red light blinking on the front of my tv where the green light is when it is normally one. Can someone please help me out.

Add yet one more screwed customer to the list of many. Same problem...just hope someone reads all these issues w/Philips TV's before they buy. Hard to believe that this many people can have the same problem and Philips doesn't care...

SAME TV SAME PROBLEM.CALLED A REPAIR SHOP.THEY WANTED TO KNOW HOW MANY TIMES RED BLINKED(IT IS A CODE FOR WHAT IS WRONG).CAN'T FIND ANY LIST OF THESE CODES ANYWHERE.REPAIR SHOP SUGGESTED THAT IT COULD BE EXPENSIVE TO FIX AND MAYBE A BETTER IDEA TO BUY NEW TV(NOT PHILIPS).

I have the same problem. I have read the same comments over and over from all different people. Does anyone have an answer or story of how it got fixed?

Buy something else - I have scannned the Internet for two days with the same problem - $150 just to get a guy out, then who knows? - new ones are under $700 - and I coldbe into this one to the tune of $400 by the time the repair is made. NEVER EVER EVER BUY PHILIPS!

Philips TV's suck. Buy a new one but make sure you buy a different brand.

I am also having the same problem. Has anyone taken their tv in to get worked on yet? Any estimated costs? Think I am going to try getting it repaired tomorrow.

I have the same problem with my tv. It is the same model. The pulling of the plug thing only works a few times. My tv will not turn on at all now. It just blinks the red light. In that code thing. It has been off for two days. Also I can hear the clicking where it sounds like it is trying to turn on and the light does turn green for a few second but then it turns back red and blinks.
