Mend Philips 50PF7321D/37 Turn Flat Red

Cannot turn on my Philips Flat Screen TV ?

I have a Philips Flat Screen TV, model # 50PF7321D/37. I have tried to turn the TV on and it will not come on. There is a blinking red light on the front of the TV where the green light is located when the TV operates correctly. I also hear a clicking sound when I attempt to turn on the TV. I suspect the clicking is a relay/switch perhaps related to the power supply.
