If your belt is on and good. Check lock light elumination in spin. You may have a door latch problem. Check to see if door latch/lock is working. Worst case is a defective control board or moter.

check to see if belt is on thru the back.. mine poped off... and now i have to replace the whole tub cause its all off balance...crappy.. could just be the belt though
