Mend Optima Accenta G3 Lights Alarm

All the lights on our Accenta G3 Optima G3alarm are on but it doesn't work?

Accenta G3 Optima G3. All the backlights are on the alarm but the keypad tones do not work and the alarm cannot be set. This alarm does not have a remote. Please help.
