How can my ford fiesta 1.3 1997 be fixed?

1997 1.3 Ford Fiesta. Having trouble with gear getting stuck in reverse and crunching. Could it be the clutch or the gearbox? Advice would be hepful.

If the gears select normally when the engine is off, then you have a clutch fault, called 'dragging'. At this age of car you probably need a new one as they are self adjusting. Try someone called Mr. Clutch in yellow pages for the cheapest price.
