Mend Hotpoint BF162 Washing Cold Problem

how can i fix my hotpoint dishwasher model bf162?

my dishwasher hotpoint model bf162 just rinses and is not washing the dishes its just cold rinsing?so what could be the problem?

Hotpoint Hotpoint BF162 Kitchen Appliances, Dishwashers Washing Cold Problem

The second light is on and nothing is happening. This follows having done a cleaning cycle on it.
I have disconnected it and tipped it and removed all the water I can from it...but it still refuses to work. Any suggestions.
