Mend Beko Washing Machine Repair

Beko washing machine heating problem?

The machine stops as the water is not heating. By manually moving the programme forward it will go through a full cold wash. What is the problem, heater or thermostat?

i will start at thermostat cause it is the cheapest and easiest,to check heater you can put direct power on to it but put some water in washer just to make sure it work
