Extraklasse 1300 Siemens Washing Machine?

hi my machine is washing ok at all cycles
but the problem is its doing this all on the cold cycle
i cant seem to get it to use hot water.i place it in the
hot water cycle on the machine it runs ok but
simply uses cold water.any tips on problemsolution greatly
appreciated,thanks,brian.

If the machine is hot and cold fill but only the cold water valve is operated it is because household hot water is 65`C so if you set a program that is less than 65`C it will only fill with cold water and heat it up inside the machine. If you set 90`c prog with no prewash it should fill via the hot valve. (because we generally wash at 40`C these days new machines only have a cold fill valve anyway) Cheers
