How to install troy-bilt belt 1770334?

My belt just came off on my 33" mower. It appears to be intact but I cannot figure out how it supposed to be routed, which is rather embarassing. If I get it on I will post the solution.

Hey Rob,

I have the 33 in mower too. It's a great machine but putting new belts on is a pain. Go to Troy Bilt's site and download the service manual. It's kind of vague but it helped me out and extra hands help. Be warned though, when you get your new belt make sure that it is 58 1/2 inches and not 58 1/4 inches!!!! This happened to me just last year. The belt that I got had the right part # but it was too small. I screwed up my drive linkage trying to adjust for the belt that was too tight.
