Mend Lawnflite 920 Mower Blades

equalising twin blades on Lawnflite 920 mower?

My Lawnflite 920 12.5 hp has twin blades, one appears to be aprox. 1cm higher than the other causing uneven cut. How can I fix this?

Check for spacers between the blade itself and the blade holding shoe...thats all I can think of, if the cutter deck and bearings aren't damaged. If the blades were the same height, would they collide?
