the fabric softener does not empty during rinse cycle on my zanussi zwf1621w

Zanussi Zanussi ZWF1621W Household Appliances, Washing Machines Fabric Drawer Not

check the holes above the compartment where you put the conditioner in and see if they are blocked (black mould).also remove draw completely and remove the plastic bit with MAX written on it in the conditioner compartment.now check the holes under there arn't blocked
