Mend HP F4180 Printer Printing Hp

MY HP Deskjet F4180 will not print Excel files?

MY HP Deskjet F4180 will not print Excel files but will print everything else. It makes all the right noises as if it is about to take in paper and then noises as if it has finished but nothing happens in between.
I know that the Excel files are good. My son also cannot print Excel files on his F4180.
