Mend Vaquera Linea 24 Boiler Heating Pressure

WHAT COULD BE WRONG WITH MY VAKERA COMBI LINEA 24?

I HAVE ABOVE COMBI BILER LINEA 24 IT GIVES MILD HOT WATER AND HEATING BUT SAME TIME IT'S KEEP CUTTING OFF
EVERY 5 SECOND os less .ALSO PRESURE BULD UP VERY SLOW.(DOES NOT LOSS PRESURE WHEN REACHES TO NORMAL)

I HAVE REPLACED HEAT EXCHANGER BUT NO DIFFERANCE.

Cutting out every 5 sec or less....

Have you checked polarity.....?
Is your boiler properly earthed? (not wired earth, gas pipe earthed/bonded)
