Mend Melcom ST6100 Mains Light Panel

How can I fix my Melcom ST6100?

The mains light is flashing on the panel, but everything seems to be working ok. Does anybody know why?

Nothing to do with a Service Timer.

Mains LED on - IS > Mains Supply Failure

The Mains LED Flashing - IS > NO mains supply to the panel AND the Battery is getting Low
