how can i fix scantronic9448+ alarm?

There is a battery within your control panel, but that is no concern at present,as it's probably dead along with the bat/ SAB in your outside sounder.

You need to find out why the panel isn't indicating the presence of power, address this issue first then hopefully the batteries will recharge.Just because the AC LED isn't lit doesn't mean there's no mains voltage present within the panel, so be carful if you are planning on going in and checking the VAC fuse.

I suggest you proceed with great caution here if you have already found the fuse in the spur( if fitted) intact,

I suggest you get an engineer in or an electrician at this stage.

Further more:9448+ is your control panel and 9427 is your RPK ( remote keypad ) , perfectly normal std kit.
