panel mains light not lighting up, C&K SECURITECH?

Alarm system appears fully powered,panel lights up when buttons pushed and led's on all detectors light up when movement detected. However panel will not accept any codes. Has something failed. The main fuse was accidently switched off for a while. There is a slight power hum from the transfomer, so it appears to be on ok.
