How can I fix my washing machine Simpson model 146?

I understand now why drain tubes are above and into the through. I thought the water would only drain by pump action.

Make sure your drain hose is not laying on the ground. The hose must rise above the level of the top of the washer before turning down into the drain. If your hose is installed properly you may need to instal a siphon break in the hose at the upper most position to stop this.
