My Hoover Condenser Dryer 6Kg Nextra does not heat up filter light stays on?

my filter light staying on, i have same make/model, i take out the inner filter and clean out then take out the door filter and run my hand down inside to get rest of lint etc i dont understad why still on, my heating element has gone too i think, sorry also this not answer as id love 1 too, my dads gave up he was quother£80 to fix and £45 for labour

my Hoover TCE61 Reverse Action has just developed the same fault today :(
Have you been able to trace the fault? or have you had your machine repaired?
If so could you post the fault here? if you had it repaired, was it an expensive job?
Anybody else had a Hoover with this problem repaired? Info much appreciated!
'cause who knows how long this summer will with us ;)
