Mend Vokera Linear 24 Hot Water Temperature

vokera linear 24 water going from hot to cold?

when i run the hot taps the water will run hot then slowly go cold then go hot again this has only just started happening

could be any one of a number of things. but my educated guess would be that the domestic hot water heat exchanger on your vokera linea is clogged up with debris from central heating system.
