Mend Peugeot Speedfight 2 Wont Start

speedfight 2 wont start?

my step sons speedfight scooter wont start ,theres fuel going in the carb ,plenty of spark,turns over but wont fire up.have changed spark plug ,checked fuel tap ok electrics all ok but wont fire up any help would be gratefully recieved

Peugeot Peugeot Speedfight 2 Vehicles, Motorcycles Speedfight 2 Wont Start

try doing what I did by first puting the black key in for 10 secs then the red key for 10 sec then the black key again for 10 secs then take out the black key wait for a minute and then it hopefully will start
