Peugeot speedfight 2 wont start properly?

hi i have a Peugeot speedfight 2 100cc that wont start just keeps firing. tried everything new coil new spark plug checked carb checked head done the timing again still all i get is same thing it just fires but wont run if any1 has any tips or anything i should know about the bike would be very appreciated thanks Rick
