Hi Darran, you can get a new (black with red dot) key cut but it will have to be reprogrammed by a dealer diagnostic machine that way you will only need the one key for the doors and ignition or a more costly way would be to get a full lock set from the dealer with a "red master" key but again it would need to be programmed to your car immobiliser box. If you had the original "red" master you would of been able to reprogram a new (black key with the red dot) yourself. one thing you could check is to remove the cowling around the ignition and check that the immobiliser pick up unit is place and is plugged in.
