Mend Simpson Enduro 701 Washing Machine Agitator

The 'Agitator' in my Simpson Enduro 701 only turns in one direction?

My Simpson Enduro 701 only turns 'agitates' in one direction causing the clothes to twist up arount the agitator in the middle. Everything else seems fine.

Brian, I have an enduro 702 with the same problem. I fixed it by re-inserting a new Pawl Clutch - part number 0693200004 - price AUS$8.80. My pawl clutch had broken and fallen out - appears to be a common problem !
The Pawl Clutch is a small white plastic part that clips onto a spline and engages with a gear that is directly attached to the agitator. I'm happy to send some photos if you want more info.
