i have a whirlpool awz 6303 but it wont heat up?

hi there as i say i have a whirlpool awz 6303,i have replaced the thermostates at the rear and the heating element but it still wont heat up any idea what could be the cause.....many thanks

We have the same problem with our Whirlpool awz7303. We were told that there is a second thermostat and that we should test it with a multimeter. We have yet to find it but I believe it is to the right of the heating exchanger. Yellow?
