Mend Creda T632 CW Heating Element Tumble Dryer Fault

Creda Tumble Dryer Turns No Heat?

I have a Creda T632 CW Tumble. The drum turns and usually I get no heat. The heating elements and the two thermostats have been replaced. No change. Occasionally I get the heating element to come on for a short period, up to a maximum of one minute and never at full heat, but then cuts out.
Any ideas?
