ECU Fault Renault Clio - 52 plate?

They don't cost alot the ECU, got one of the internet for £189

I have problem with imobaliser and they have also said i need a new ECU unit! It costs alot of money! Im going to sort it out myself... I think Renault are ripping you off. I would get a second opinion from a different garage, also if your plate is 52, then you should have a Guarantee for the car.
